Got a great couple of months coming up...finally feel ready to take the new songs to the studio & have a few fun shows. Playing at Mickey's on 4/20, at our new music fest BLOOM featuring a few of our friend bands performing original songs outside in the sunshine, just doesn't get much better then that.
We can't wait for Lakes of Fire, come watch how the Midwest burns...best thing this side of the country...we'll put a link yup for tix on the live page of this site under the show listing...don't miss it!

We want to take a moment to welcome our new guitarist Mike Mamouzellos to MCV...Mike & Briney used to be in a band together back in the day and their styles really compliment each other well...after playing together this past month we have locked into a killer sound and are looking forward to this new journey. You say goodbye, I say hello
We are in production on our new album and it has taken us into a sound that we are really happy with, we are pushing ourselves and it feels good. We want to take a moment to wish Joey well as he goes to pursue his other dreams of acting and improv theater, we will miss our friend very much...we are currently playing again as a 3-piece and getting to know a few possible replacements for Joey, when it feels right we'll be moving forward with whomever the newest member is going to be...for now we are writing and booking some area shows. Hope to see everyone on St. Patty's Day @ Mickey's Pub & at the soon to be announced monthly music fest we are putting together with several area bands...deets soon. Hope everyone is feelin fine...

Workin'
After a few months break and just going back to playing in our basement, we have hit a stride that we are pretty amped about. We are four new songs in and have three on the burner. After coming pretty close to breaking up for all the normal and various reasons band break up, we have hit a level of understanding that only 3 and a 1/2 years together can create. We will start recording in March and hopefully be road ready by April...please stay tuned and join us on Facebook, Twitter and whatever other social media site we both exist on...navigate to those pages on our links. We're ready to start a Revolution! We hope you'll join us...
Winter Solstice
In the winter the leaves and small branches on a tree die because it cannot get water or moisture from the air. However, the tree spends that time growing its roots deep to find water and in the process grows stronger from the inside. Then when the spring comes the tree is fuller and stronger then it was before. MCV will be taking this winter to grow our roots, to reach new inspirations and become stronger. See you in March.
